These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a public offer and a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and LV Technologies FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company duly registered in Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the LetsVote mobile application and the official website operated under the domain https://letsvote.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Use of the Service by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of the Service (Informational Platform Only)

LetsVote is an informational and recommendation platform. The Service does not sell, distribute, advertise, promote, or deliver alcohol or any other regulated products. The Service provides information about venues, places, services, and experiences, including establishments that may independently offer alcohol. Any transaction or consumption occurs outside the Service and solely between the User and third parties. The Company is not a party to such transactions.

3. Consumer Transparency and Fair Use

The Company operates the Service in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection legislation. Information presented through the Service is intended to be fair, transparent, and non-deceptive. Votes, ratings, rankings, and reviews reflect subjective user opinions and automated aggregation and may vary between users. The Company does not guarantee pricing, availability, quality, outcomes, or satisfaction related to third-party services.

4. No Professional Advice

All content, ratings, AI-generated insights, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

5. Content Moderation and Automated Processing

All user-generated content may be subject to moderation. The Company applies a mixed moderation model including manual review and automated analysis. Automated processing may involve artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems used for content review, classification, quality control, fraud detection, and compliance. Human moderators may intervene at any stage. The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Artificial Intelligence Transparency

Certain features of the Service rely on automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, to assist with rankings, summaries, recommendations, fraud

prevention, and moderation. AI-generated outputs are informational in nature, may contain limitations or inaccuracies, and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees. Human oversight may be applied where appropriate.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity conducted through their

account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Users may delete their account at any time through account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, trademarks, designs, and branding related to LetsVote are the exclusive property of LV Technologies FZ-LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the Emirate of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
